Meet the Xcite Car Leasing Corporate Team
Our Corporate Team mainly deals with our Wessex Fleet brand side of the business so you might not interact with them but we still think it's important you know about their roles.
They support corporate clients and their drivers with fleet management, fleet maintenance, vehicle supply and much more!
There are four areas within the team: sales, maintenance, fleet support and the AR Team.
Corporate Sales
John Deane
National Sales Manager
John is our National Sales Manager which means he's often out and about meeting with potential clients.
His role involves meeting new clients, explaining what we do and how we can help with all their fleet needs, and helping with the onboarding process if they decide to become a client.
Sam Bliss
Corporate Sales Executive
Sam is one of our Corporate Sales Executives. He works closely with our corporate clients to find the right vehicles for their fleet, whether that's a fridge van, minibus or a company car.
He works with new and existing clients to ensure their fleet meets their needs, including any legal restrictions and duty of care requirements.
Aaron Challis
Corporate Sales Executive
Aaron is another of our Corporate Sales Executives, working closely with fleet managers to ensure their fleet has the right vehicles on the right funding methods.
He also works directly with drivers to find the best company car for them.
Xcite Maintenance Team
Emily Tozer
Head of Maintenance
Emily heads up our Maintenance Team. She manages our Maintenance Team to ensure that the service we are offering to drivers and fleet managers Xceeds Xpectations.
She manages the team that look after all servicing, repairs and MOTs on our corporate client's vehicles, to reduce vehicle down time, get cars repaired as quickly as possible and ensure they have a compliant and working fleet.
Emma Thorneycroft
Maintenance Supervisor
Emma is our Maintenance Supervisor. She works closely with corporate clients to ensure their drivers are kept moving and minimuse vehicle downtime.
She also works as part of the team to respond to driver and fleet manager questions on the phone and via email, make servicing and repairs bookings and much more!
Gemma Smith
Maintenance Supervisor
Gemma is another of our Maintenance Supervisors. She works closely with corporate clients to ensure their drivers are kept moving and minimuse vehicle downtime.
As part of the maintenance team to respond to driver and fleet manager questions on the phone and via email, ensuring everyone is kept moving.
Hannah Owen
Fleet Administrator
Hannah also works as part of the Maintenance Team.
She'll respond to driver and fleet manager questions on the phone and via email, make servicing and repairs bookings and much more!
Elise Wooldridge
Maintenance Administrator
Elise is one of our Maintenance Administrators, which means she works as part of our Maintenance Team to ensure drivers are kept mobile in safe, road worthy vehicles.
She'll book servicing, MOTs and repairs with drivers at convenient times and locations for them.
Ben Pearse
Maintenance Administrator
Ben is one of our Maintenance Administrators, working as part of the Maintenance Team to ensure corporate drivers are on the road in safe and road-worthy vehicles.
He'll help drivers with maintenance questions and arrange any work that is needed on their vehicles.
Adele Rickman
Maintenance Administrator
Adele is one of our Maintenance Administrators, working as part of the Maintenance Team to ensure corporate drivers are on the road in safe and road-worthy vehicles.
She's on hand to answer any questions drivers and their managers may have as well.
Callum O'Connor
Maintenance Administrator
Callum is another of our Maintenance Administrators, working as part of the Maintenance Team to help our corporate client's drivers are kept moving in safe and reliable vehicles.
He'll help drivers with maintenance questions and arrange any work needed on their vehicles.
Xcite Fleet Support Team
Sharon Arnott
National Account Manager
Sharon is our National Account Manager, looking after some of our largest corporate clients to ensure their fleet management policy is efficient and effective.
Her role includes onboarding new clients, getting their fleet management policy set up and managing the relationship to ensure they get everything they need from us.
Sam Guyah
National Account Manager
Sam is also a National Account manager.
He role ensures we provide a high quality service to our growing corporate client base, acrosss various aspects of fleet management including:
- Client relationship management
- Fleet service coordination
- Account growth and retention
- Performance monitoring and reporting
- Compliance and risk management
Leona Woollett
Fleet Support Supervisor
Leona is our Fleet Support Supervisor, overseeing the team who supports drivers and management at our corporate clients with all their fleet needs.
Her job is full of variety, from producing and analysing reports for fleet managers to setting drivers up on training and fuel card systems, Leona and the team do it all!
Lauren Parris
Fleet Administrator
Lauren is part of our Fleet Support Team, helping corporate clients with all of their fleet management needs.
Her role includes answering any driver questions, helping fleet managers with their reporting needs, running driving licence checks and setting up training programmes.
Abi Isaac
Fleet Administrator
Abi is one of our Fleet Administrators, who supports corporate clients with their fleet management needs.
She helps with all the adminstration that comes along with having a fleet of cars; such as arranging fuel cards, making sure drivers are completing their checks and much more!
Georgia Sessions
Fleet Administrator
As part of our Fleet Support Team, Georgia helps corporate clients and their drivers with the administration side of owning and driving a fleet car.
She's on hand to answer all the questions they may have along the way.
Sam Creese
Fleet Administrator
Sam is another of our Fleet Administrators.
She works closely with drivers and their fleet managers to ensure a smooth company car experience for all. This can involve; arranging fuel cards, ensuring driver training and licence checks are up to date, and liaising with internal fleet managers about feedback on all of these areas.
Jess Chisholm
Fleet Administrator
Jess is a vital part of our fleet support team who works hard to support our corporate clients and their drivers.
She works with corporate drivers to make sure their cars are safe to drive, they've done all they need to remain compliant and answer any questions they may have
Xcite AR Team
Our AR Team is slightly different to the rest of the corporate department. AR stands for Authorised Representative. ARs are smaller brokers that we work with.
This team helps set up AR relationships, supports the other brokers with the sales and customer service processes and ensures compliance regulations are followed.
Mathew Williets
Appointed Representative Business Development Manager
Mathew heads up our AR Team.
He started at Xcite Car Leasing as one of our Leasing Consultants over 5 years ago so he knows a lot about our sales process and uses this knowledge to support our ARs with their businesses.
Simon Lawes
Appointed Representative Admin Specialist
Simon is one of our AR Admin Specialist in the team. He works with our Authorised Representative partners to help them and their customers have the best possible Xperience.
The role is a varied one and involves supporting ARs in every step of the process, from pricing, through quoting and into the delivery paperwork.
Bailey Aver
Appointed Representative Admin Specialist
Bailey is the second Admin Specialist in the team. She works alongside Leona supporting our ARs and their customers with paperwork throughout the leasing application process, and ensuring the order is set live correctly on the funder's system.
Will Bullen
Account Director
Will is the Account Director for our relationship with the AA, who we have partnered with to provide AA Lease.
The role has a variety of tasks he's responsible to ensure this account runs smoothly, and this involves working closely with a number of our different departments to offer AA Lease customers the best leasing journey possible.
