At Xcite Car Leasing we believe our people are what sets us apart from other brokers. Our team is full of knowledeable people and they always go the Xtra mile to help customers find their new lease deal.
To recognise their hard work, each month we award one of the team our Xceptional Customer Service Award for providing outstanding customer service to our customers, corporate clients or partners.
Nominations are made either by their colleagues or customer feedbacks and reviews that mention an employee by name. The winner is then selected using randomising computer software.

Paige Benfield was our April winner!
Paige is an essential part of our Customer Support Team, helping customers once they've placed their order all they way up to delivery and beyond.
She was nominated for all of her hard work in the team, helping customers complete finance documents, navigate the leasing process and managing delivery arrangements.
Paul Samways was our March winner!
Paul is one of our Leasing Consultants, helping customers find their dream car at an Xceptional leasing price.
He was nominated multiple times by members of his team and the wider business for how helpful he is with customers and for the support he provides to others in the team to ensure all customers have as smooth a journey as possible.
Melanie Jones was our February winner!
Melanie is one of the longest serving employees at Xcite Car Leasing, and her knowledge and Xperience makes her a vital part of the Customer Support Team.
She was nominated several times from customer feedback into the business for providing a slick and professional service, how helpful and knowledgeable she is and the level of communication she provided to a customer.
Rebecca Baker was our first 2026 winner!
She works in our Customer Support Team and was nominated multiple times for her hard work in the team.
She was nominated by colleagues for her handling of difficult cases, as well as the support she provided to the team and helping to manage some of our corporate vehicle deliveries.

Kitty McRae was our November winner!
Kitty joined us at Xcite Car Leasing in September and has been a dedicated member of the Marketing Team since then.
Her role mainly revolves around our social media presence and she was nominated for all the hard work she's put into increasing our social media output, creating and editing content and getting staff from all departments involved in our videos.
Becky Jones is our second two-time winner!
As part of the Customer Support Team Becky is someone who has a lot of contact with our customers, and she always receives positive feedback.
She was nominated this time for her handling of complex calls and dealing with tricky situations to ensure our customers have the best possible outcome.
She was also nominated for the support she provides to the rest of Xcite. One nomination highlighted: Becky does as much as she can to lighten the team's load.
Greg Evans was our September winner!
Greg's our Client Retention Specialist, working with customers who are approaching the end of their lease to make arrangements with the current vehicle or a new lease car.
He was nominated multiple times this month for the support he's provided to customers to ensure they get their new lease car arranged.
Lauren Parris was our August winner!
Lauren is part of our corporate side, working in Fleet Support. Her role involves supporting corporate drivers with any vehicle-related queries they may have as well as providing reports for managers and fleet management at their company.
She was nominated several times this month for: being an outstanding individual who consistently goes above and beyond for everyone around her.
Other nominations mentioned: She is always there to help, no matter the task, and she does so with the biggest smile.
Elise Wooldridge was our July winner!
She works in Maintenance Team, supporting corporate drivers and any leasing customer on a Wessex Fleet Maintenance Package.
Members of her team nominated her for the hard work she's done helping keep drivers on the road, and always keeping a smile on her face even in difficult situations.
Lauren Cousen was our June winner!
She's the manager of our Customer Support Team and was nominated multiple times this month for how she's handled the challenges of an increased workload from our AA partnership, logistics issues from a particular manufacturer's supply chain and still handling the day to day.
Becky was our May winner!
She works in our customer support team and was nominated multiple times for always going above and beyond for customers.
One particular standout occasion was when she stayed late to ensure a customer was looked after when it looked like their delivery was about to be cancelled late in the day. She spent a long time on the phone speaking to the dealership getting more information and ensuring the customer was kept in the loop. The customer was contacted by the delivery driver directly and confirmed a delivery for 8pm. Becky didn’t just log off at 5pm but stayed on until the customer had a confirmed delivery arrival time.
Laura Turner is our April winner!
Laura works in the pricing and procurement team and while she doesn’t deal with customers directly she helps attract them to Xcite by ensuring great deals and accurate pricing.
She was nominated for her continued work in pricing and procurement. In particular, her close work with marketing to ensure we have Xcellent pricing in our multiple weekly flyers.
Amy was our March winner!
As our Digital Marketing Executive, Amy doesn't speak to customers directly but everything she does helps improve their leasing journey.
She was nominated by colleagues for her work during our website migration, to improve the usability, speed and appearance. And for her work with our AR partners in getting a number of them live during the previous months.
Adam was our first winner from a staff nomination!
He's our Customer Experience Manager, and works hard to ensure all of our customers have a smooth leasing Xperience.
He was nominated for his willingness to help customers and colleagues, going the Xtra step when issues occur.
Our first Xceptional Customer Service Winner in 2025 was Jonathan!
He was again nominated for Xceptional customer feedback we received from customers he helped find a lease deal.

The last winner for 2024 was Nick Dewey.
At the time Nick was managing our renewal clients and helping them find their next lease car.

Jonathan was our November winner! He works hard to help customers find their dream car at an afordable price as one of our leasing consultants.

Sharon was the very first winner of our Xceptional Customer Service Award. She's one of our Leasing Consultants, who works directly with customers to help them get their new lease car.
