The Junior, showcasing Alfa Romeo's  unmistakable Italian design, is a new compact crossover SUV that became available for sale in the UK during 2025, with both mild-hybrid (Ibrida) and all-electric (Elettrica) versions on offer. The Junior marks a historic moment as the first production battery electric vehicle (BEV) and features unique Alfa Romeo styling cues, including the signature "Scudetto" grille (available in classic or all-electric interpretations), bespoke 'teledial' alloy wheels, and a sculpted profile that helps it stand out in the crowded B-SUV segment. New options include the Sport Pack with Sabelt Alcantara seats.

In the current Alfa Romeo line-up, the Junior serves as the entry-level, most compact, and most affordable offering, available in the form of either a personal  or business lease. It's the first fully electric Alfa Romeo, also available as a mild-hybrid. Despite its small footprint, it offers a 400-litre boot. The most close relative within the lineup, is the Tonale which is larger and offers a more premium, restrained SUV look whereas the Junior is pitched as the nippier, more urban-friendly alternative. The other models in the range aren't as similar. The Giulia stands out for being the car most likely to be chosen by driving enthusiasts, whereas the Stelvio is a luxury SUV.
