Founded over 120 years ago as Italy’s automotive pioneer, Fiat has evolved from a national icon into a global leader in urban mobility. Today, the brand blends its signature Italian flair with a commitment to sustainability, led by the all-electric 500e and a revamped, eco-conscious lineup. As part of the Stellantis family, Fiat continues to define the modern city car through distinctive design and accessible technology.

The 500 remains Fiat’s most iconic model and a staple in the leasing market. While it built its legacy on dozens of special editions, the line-up has recently evolved with a major focus on electrification, headlined by the award-winning 500 Electric. The family has also expanded beyond the classic city car and convertible to include the 500X compact SUV, though Fiat is now ushering in a new era with the recently launched 600. Your Fiat leasing questions answered

The best Fiat lease for you will depend on what you’re looking for. If you want a small city car then the Fiat 500  will be ideal but if you want a larger family car then you might want to consider the Fiat 600 or the Fiat Grande Panda. We recommend taking a look at the different models available and seeing what fits your needs best.

We believe it is! Purchasing a car outright or buying with a loan is usually more expensive. Loan monthly payments can be a lot higher than a leasing monthly payment.

Leasing a Fiat also means you don’t need to worry about depreciation. Once your contract is finished, you simply hand the car back and you can choose a new lease deal if you require one. With a standard purchase, the car starts to lose value as soon as you buy it, so if you try to sell it after a length of time, you won’t get what you paid for it.

For 2026, Fiat’s electric lineup, featuring the 500e, 600e, and the new Grande Panda, is designed primarily for urban efficiency rather than long-distance touring. The flagship Fiat 600e offers the best range in the family, with an official WLTP rating of 254 miles from its 54kWh battery, though you should expect closer to 190–200 miles in mixed real-world driving. The Grande Panda and the long-range 500e both target roughly 199 miles (WLTP), which translates to a dependable 140–160 miles for daily commuting. The entry-level 500e remains a strict city car, with a smaller battery providing about 118 miles of official range.

Charging speeds across the 2026 range are competitive for the small-car segment but not class-leading. The 600e and Grande Panda support 100 kW DC rapid charging, allowing you to top up from 10% to 80% in approximately 26 to 30 minutes. The 500e is slightly slower, peaking at 85 kW, which achieves that same 80% charge in about 35 minutes. If using a standard 7.4 kW home wallbox, a full overnight charge will take between 6 and 8 hours depending on the battery size.
